In 1988 the Welbeck Estate Group was relocated by amalgamating their two offices from Capital House, on the Hyde Park, Estate London, where the original companies were established in 1965 and their provincial office, at, One London End, Beaconsfield Buckinghamshire.  The Group purchased their new headquarters, in Wells City Centre, being an early 19th Century building, having been the headquarters, of the Somerset and Wilts, Trustee, Savings Bank.   In view of the dynamic growth of the Norwegian economy and it's involvement in Overseas investment, particularly in the United Kingdom, the business was relocated to Southern Norway in 2012, where it continues to expand with investments throughout the UK, Europe and the United States.
