In 1980 our shareholders and partners opened an office in Arlington Ridge Road, Arlington, Virginia - opposite the Pentagon. Shortly after Robert Towers in Arlinton close to Washington's  National  airport which comprised a  midrise block of 200 flats was purchased from Abe Polin, the owner of the Washington Redskins and completely refurbished in 'Old English' style, renamed 'The Cavendish' and converted to condominium living.  Following on one year later a high rise block of 160 flats was acquired by the name of 'The Lancaster' adjacent to the Pentagon's Navy Annexe and again converted to condominiums.

In view of dynamic growth of the Norwegian economy and its involvement in overseas investment particularly in the United Kingdom, the business was relocated to southern Norway where several real estate acquisitions were undertaken.

We actively seek and acquire residential income producing portfolios, purpose built blocks of flats and estate of houses throughout England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
